Meet Charlie and Ashley! They braved the 40-ish degree morning, and never let it show how cold it was!

These high school sweethearts have been busy…on top of getting engaged and planning their June wedding, they just graduated from Anderson University last weekend and are now planning a big move.

My personal favorite…

A little fun never hurt anyone.

The Andersons | Noblesville Family Photography

I’ve been a little behind on blogging this session…my next blog will be about why! Stay tuned!

Meet the lovely Andersons. Laurie and Clark are two of the nicest people. We met up at Forest Park in Noblesville on one of the last pretty fall days we had this year…check out those leaves! Good choice on location, Laurie!

The Andersons and I have something big in common…our love for dogs! Their adorable little Pomeranians are Boomer (the brownish one) and Piper (the darker one that kind of looks like a little panda bear). Piper is a new addition to the family, as the Andersons rescued her from a puppy mill in Missouri earlier this year! Yay! I love stories like that. You may remember that Ken and I rescued our little Clark the pug earlier this year.

Thank you so much, Clark and Laurie! You were fabulous to work with. Give the doggies a little treat from me.

Stacy + Bobby | Columbus, Indiana Wedding

Brent + Andrea | Indianapolis Engagement Session

Last Saturday I met Brent and Andrea for their engagement session on Mass Ave. in the lovely Indiana summer heat. I love the Mass Ave. area because there are so many different locations packed into such a small area. A special shout out to Yats for being our impromptu dressing room and to Brent’s Aunt Terri for referring them to me!

Brent and Andrea are getting married THIS SATURDAY! Best wishes!

Abby + Drew | Chicago Engagement Session

I met Abby and Drew this past Friday for an engagement shoot near the Magnificent Mile in downtown Chicago. I think it was about 500° outside! Thank you to Abby and Drew for being troopers…I’m not sure either one of them even broke a sweat!

So, I’m going to start with my FAVORITE. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this one. It could be one of my favorites of any session that I’ve shot so far.

We ventured into an alley just off of Michigan Avenue and lookie what we found:

On Michigan Avenue…I love Drew in this one:

Isn’t this fountain beautiful? It is on the grounds of the Art Institute of Chicago.

We ended our morning at Crown Fountain in Millennium Park. It was crowded full of munchkins! They were loving the water.
